All third-party intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
Where any third-party name, mark or identifier appears on Football4All, it is intended only to identify the relevant team, competition, match, player, broadcaster or football event. No ownership claim or endorsement is implied.
FIFA
“FIFA”, the FIFA World Cup trophy design and associated emblems are trade marks and copyright of FIFA. References to the FIFA World Cup are purely descriptive. Football4All is not an official FIFA product.
UEFA
“UEFA”, “UEFA Champions League”, the UEFA Champions League starball logo and related UEFA competition names and marks are trade marks of UEFA. References are purely descriptive. Football4All is not an official UEFA product.
League and federation marks
All league names, competition names and federation marks referenced on Football4All belong to their respective competition organisers and member associations. This includes but is not limited to the Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Major League Soccer, Copa Libertadores, Eredivisie, Primeira Liga and others.
Club and player rights
All club names, nicknames, crests, badges, kit designs and associated imagery are the property of their respective clubs. Player names, likenesses and biographical data are owned or controlled by the respective players, their representatives or rights-holders. Football4All does not claim ownership of any club or player intellectual property.
Broadcaster rights
Broadcaster names and channel information displayed on Football4All are for informational purposes only. All broadcaster names, channel names, network names and streaming service names are trade marks or registered trade marks of their respective owners. Football4All does not host, distribute or facilitate access to any live broadcast or recording. Broadcaster names are used descriptively only. Football4All is not affiliated with or endorsed by any broadcaster unless expressly stated.
Flag images
Country flag images displayed on Football4All are obtained from publicly available collections. Country flags are used as factual geographic identifiers only. The use of a country flag does not imply endorsement by any state, government, federation or national team.
Visual assets
Player photographs, club badges, league logos, national team crests, competition logos, broadcaster logos and other visual assets may be protected by copyright, trade mark law, image rights, personality rights, design rights, database rights, contract terms or other rights.
Football4All should not treat visual assets supplied by third parties as automatically cleared for all uses. Where possible, Football4All uses neutral icons, country flags, initials, colour chips, silhouettes or other generic identifiers unless the relevant rights have been confirmed.
Match footage and highlights
Football4All does not claim rights in match broadcasts, match footage, highlights, official videos, official still images, official commentary or broadcaster footage. Football4All does not publish match footage, highlights or official clips unless the rights are properly cleared. Commentary, reaction, analysis, graphics, statistics and screenshots of the Football4All app may be used for social media content, provided they do not include unauthorised third-party footage, photographs, logos or other protected assets.

Review process
We aim to review good-faith rights-holder requests promptly. Depending on the issue, we may remove, restrict, correct, replace, attribute, update or investigate the material concerned.
Submitting a request does not guarantee removal, but Football4All takes credible rights-holder concerns seriously.
Unofficial status
Football4All is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with FIFA, UEFA, any league, federation, broadcaster, club or player unless expressly stated in writing.
